I would assume I am around 125ish and I'm 5'11. My goal weight is 115. When I was 110 I looked gross since I'm tall and the weight distribuites itself. 115 would be idea. For about a week and a half I was great and now I'm back to eating loads of unhealthy foods. Tomorrow is a new day and tomorrow I will start again. I also am going to do my sit up routine starting tomorrow too. Today I had:
- cheese & tomaote sandwich with butter and salt - 4 (deadly) lindor chocolates - a bowl of chips - handful of salted peanuts - roasted chicken with salad... with some mayo. I won't lie.
