hi

I thought I'd join too! My name is Alexis, I'm 5'2, and 15 years old.

Highest Weight- 147
Lowest Weight- 126
Current Weight- 135
Goal Weight- 115

I've done low carb before, that's how I got from 147 to 126, but I hit a plateu and gave up. I used to run, which I think I'm gonna start doing again. Eh I'm just sick of being called fat, so I decided to do something about it. What kind of exercises, besides running, does anyone recommend? I don't have much time, maybe only 2 or 3 days a week for about a half hour. I just realllllly want a flat tummy and smaller thighs.
