current weight: 138 (@ 5'5")
goal weight: somewhere around 125-130
its not that i want to LOSE weight as much as i want to be able to maintain it. i go up and down on the scale like its a pogo stick, and its driving me nuts...my mom got me started on the atkins a couple days ago, so im seeing how that goes.
i was just wondering...does anyone have any good, daily, low carb menus they'd care to share??
