well, i can't even remembered if i've posted in here yet. but my weight is about 160 and i'm looking to go down about 30pounds. and i'm thinking of doing about 10pounds a month so its nice and slow and controlled. anyhoo..i've started pilates and i'm eating a lot healthier lately along with taking my water bottle everywhere with me. hooray for low carbs! i already feel less sluggish from eating less carbs. yay.
